We administer the publisher side of your publishing income in the United States. That includes identifying gaps, correcting registrations, aligning metadata, and ensuring your publishing pipeline is complete so royalties do not leak.
We do not take ownership of your music. We do not sell your catalog. We do not offer legal advice. This is a professional infrastructure and administration service built to improve collection accuracy.
Standard administration fee is 15% of publisher-side collections for eligible works administered under this program. The standard term is 2 years with 1 year minimum. Includes 90-day termination. After termination, we continue collection for a 1-year post-term period on earnings generated during the term.
If you are not properly registered on the writer side, we can help you become compliant. This is support and guidance, not administration. This is billed as a one-time setup fee.
Fee guideline: $320 (up to 20 works), $500 (more than 20 works).
This program is best for artists who already distribute music and have U.S. listeners, but suspect they are missing royalties due to incomplete registrations, inconsistent metadata, or lack of publisher-side administration.
